Nexcare™ ColdHot Therapy Pack Comfort is intended to provide a superficial cold or heat. Cold therapy helps to reduce swelling, inflammation and pain. Heat therapy helps to reduce pain, soothes and relaxes. The gel is non-toxic and safe for whole family.
Ease pain and inflammation with the drug-free way of thermotherapy with our Nexcare Coldhot Therapy Packs. Our compresses can be used cold or hot and are a solution for those who prefer easy-to-use, drug-free therapy. The products are suitable for storage in the freezer or refrigerator, and can be heated in hot water or in microwave. Knead to distribute heat evenly! Always insert gel compress in the supplied cover or clean towel, when applying to the skin. Now you can choose yourself proper temperature respectively to body part and your skin sensitivity during hot therapy. Thermo indicator brings an information on temperature range during heating. The black colour stripes disappear progressively when heating. 3 levels LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH of temperature appear in red colour on thermo indicator. Protective cover for the gel pack is included allowing quick/easy and comfortable application ensuring furthermore safety for your skin. The adjustable, elastic strap provides a stable and secure grip. Product maintains temperature for up to 20 minutes.

Warnings and Precautions • For external use only • Do not use on broken or sensitive skin. • People with known or suspected nerve or circulatory problems should not use this product unless prescribed by physician. • Supervise usage by children or people with cognitive disabilities. • Pregnant women should consult a midwife or gynecologist for advice before use. • Never heat the gel pack when folded, creased or frozen. Leakage may result. • Gel pack and thermo indicator can be damaged if overheated or boiled! • Do not heat in an oven or grill. • Gel pack is not dedicated for constant heating. • Check for leaks before use. Throw away if leaking. • Do not use when material degradation occurs: - indicator is broken: maintain red colour without heating - gel becomes fluid - foil is raptured causing leakage of gel. • Be careful when removing hot gel pack with bare hands from hot water / microwave. • Fully red thermometer indicates very hot product - Attention! It may cause burns! • Whatever the indicator status check always the temperature of gel pack. Over heated may cause burns. If too hot, wait to cool down the temperature. • Never use foil directly on skin. Use the provided cover or wrap in a clean cotton towel. • Do not sit or lean on the gel pack or apply excessive pressure because it may cause the pack to rupture and/or leak. Also therefore do not use while sleeping. • Care must be taken to avoid frostbites and superficial nerve injury • Over heating of gel pack may cause burns. • Heat may be sufficiently analgesic to produce local burns. • Stop application in case of any discomfort. • If condition persists, seek medical advice. • In case of any doubts consult with a physician and/or pharmacist. Gel pack Care Instructions: The Comfort gel pack can be washed by hand in a mild detergent. Do not use alcohol or other solvents to clean the gel pack. Always store the pack in a dark place and in the supplied cover. Disposal: Dispose of product in regular household waste. Please report a serious incident occurring in relation to the device to 3M and the local competent authority (EU) or local regulatory authority.
