3M™ Prevena™ Plus Customizable Dressings are designed to manage linear, non-linear or intersecting surgical incisions up to 90cm in length. The Prevena Plus Customizable Dressing is comprised of a foam bolster with integrated hydrocolloid, additional hydrocolloid strips, 3M™ V.A.C® Drapes and 3M™ SensaT.R.A.C™ Tubing to allow the dressings to be uniquely tailored according to individual patient needs.

3M™ Prevena™ Plus Customizable Dressings are designed to manage closed surgical incisions for up to 7 days with no dressing changes required. Under 125mmHg of negative pressure the foam bolster collapses to its geometric centre. This brings the incision edges together1, reduces lateral tension,1 and also allows for improved fluid management.2 The Prevena Customizable Dressings also contain a skin friendly interface layer containing 0.0019% ionic silver, which helps to wick fluid away from the surface and to reduce bacterial colonisation of the fabric.
